• Parametric vision cell (2018–20, GreenBau, Romania). A parametric robotic cell. The operator enters the part size, and a laser camera finds each part in the crate, so one cell runs a whole family of parts without re-teaching. A Kawasaki robot with a double magnetic gripper loads the Okuma lathe, flips the part for its second side, and an engraving station marks it.
• Three-lathe cell, 20-year-old robot (2018–19, GreenBau, Romania). One second-hand KUKA robot runs three vertical lathes with 100 kg parts, in parallel (STAR) or through all three in series (RING), with a 2D camera on the input conveyor.
• Machining + heat-treatment cell (2018–20, GreenBau, Romania). Wagon wheels, with two Okuma lathes and a hardening and tempering machine in one fenceless cell, instead of days of shipping parts out and back.
• Three-shift bar-lathe cell (2018–20, GreenBau, Romania). A double gravity conveyor holds a 4–5 hour buffer so the lathe runs through the night, while a lidar-guarded open side keeps the machine free for manual work.
• Cobot that tends and presses (2019, Metalshow 2019). A Hanwha cobot loads the lathe and presses the machine’s own panel buttons.
• Food-grade fittings demo (2019, Identicom 2019). A Kawasaki RS05L tends an Okuma lathe-mill behind a safety laser scanner.
• Conveyor-fed lathe demo (2018, Metalshow 2018). A Kawasaki robot feeds an Okuma GENOS L3000-e from a roller conveyor.
• Second-brain capture bot (2026, Own product). A Telegram bot that turns text, voice notes and links into sorted Notion tasks and notes, then plans the next day.
• SEO content machine (2026, Own product). Research, briefs, writing and publishing for a WordPress site, run from one bilingual console.
• Home Stars (2026, Own product). A wall-mounted kiosk where kids run their routines and raise a creature that grows with them.
• School picker (2026, Own product). A nationwide ranking of elementary schools from open government data, built to choose a school for my kid.
• RadiaQ (2025-2026, Radion Engineering). The quoting app of Radion's robotics division. Supplier quotes go in, a priced customer quotation comes out.
• DobotWeld (2026, Welding cell integration). A full external toolkit for a welding cobot. Hundreds of parameters from a browser, a simulation of every move, and welder features the official plugin never had.
